Refund Policy

Service fee

If your application is rejected by the issuing authority due to an error on our part, we will refund your service fee in full. If you cancel before we submit your application, we'll refund your service fee minus any work already completed.

Government fees

Government fees are paid directly to the issuing authority and are generally non-refundable, including in the case of denial.

How to request a refund

Email refunds@visatravel.com with your order number and reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
