These Terms govern your use of VisaTravel, operated by Travel Forms LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

Service

We prepare and review visa and passport applications on your behalf. We do not issue visas or passports — those are issued by the relevant government authority, which makes the final decision.

Fees and refunds

Our service fee is charged in addition to government fees. Service fees are refundable if rejection results from our error; government fees are generally non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and valid identification. Providing false information may result in denial by the issuing authority and is your sole responsibility.

Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the service fee you paid us. We are not liable for travel disruptions, missed trips, or government processing delays.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Travel Forms LLC is registered.
